Design A
Portfolio
Photo-led and calm. A route line runs from the search box through every section, with markers that light up as you scroll. Sections overlap at their edges.
Concept, November 2026
Two designs for Centaur Properties.
Both use the same live listings, prices and copy. Each has a homepage, the full listings page with working filters, and one property page (Unit 24 Nelsons Business Park). Links to pages outside the concept are greyed out with a "Soon" tag.
Design B
Brochure
Reads like a printed property brochure: paper, hairline rules and figure captions. A numbered chapter index in the margin fills as you read. Listings become an availability schedule.
